Today was the last day of three-year-old preschool for my son. Just as we were running out the door, I spontaneously grabbed my camera to capture the moment. This picture taking made us a little late – but really I’ve been late all year long. I was late on the first day, and late on the last. At least I kept it consistent.
In my mind, I thought that K hadn’t really changed that much over the school year but looking at these pictures, I can see he’s grown a little. He’s certainly changed in other ways – in language, personality, and strength of will.
And now it’s time for summer.
What summer plans do you have? Taking a trip or laying low?

I am always late to preschool, too. Pretty much always. Sigh. Its worth it for those photos — he HAS grown! Its amazing how you don’t always notice it until you see pictures, though.

They are just adorable!!
Here’s to summer.
No plans here, except to stay inside as much as possible to escape this humid misery in LA
Oh Library tomorrow so that’s apart of our summer outings!

They have changed a lot this year! I’ve noticed it in my own 3.5 year old. No big plans…summer is when I hibernate. It’s just too hot down here. So we’re stepping up the homeschool stuff and doing more each day since we’re stuck inside.
Wow, so glad you grabbed your camera!!!! Those shots say so much!

Enjoy your summer.

I am always amazed when I look back at pictures from the beginning of the school year and the end. it’s funny how they seem the same to us, but in reality they have grown so much.
Your kids are absolutely beautiful!
Have a wonderful day!
