Cheese. There’s nothing better than cheese, unless it’s cheese with a slice of fresh bread…with a chocolate chaser. I love all kinds of cheese – sharp, mild, hard, soft, cow’s milk, goat’s milk – all good.
As a cheese lover, I was thrilled to hear that Parmalat Canada is introducing a new line of spreadable cheese snack, La Crème Cow.
La Crème Cow spreadable snack cheese is available in three delicious flavours; Original, Light (43% less fat than Original) and Parmesan & Peppercorn. The cheese is divided into foil-wrapped wedges, which makes it perfect for putting into your lunch, or taking on the road. La Crème Cow is very mild and spreads nicely onto a cracker or a slice of bread.
Parmesan & Peppercorn is my favourite variety, as it has the most flavour and stands well on it’s own, though all of the cheese is delicious and would serve as a great base for a topping of cherry tomato, smoked salmon, or red pepper jelly.
