As you know, once I’ve started a series, I pretty much HAVE to finish it. It doesn’t matter what my opinion is of it, I’m a completionist to the core. However, my dedication stops there. Once the books starting slipping, I started buying them as an eBook. (And yes, I do realize that the library probably has them, but library waiting lists and me don’t ever seem to work out.). I think I own 1/2 of the series in PAPERBACK, and the rest as an eBook. Hardcover is a no-go zone for me at the best of times. Sookie never stood a chance.

I haven’t read this one, but I agree with you about the series. I borrowed the first ten or so from my friend, but I haven’t stirred myself to seek out the next ones. I have a friend that buys them all in hardcover – that sort of boggles my mind.

I always make my Caesar Salad that would knock your socks off. Real bacon, and one full bulb of garlic mixed into olive oil, one egg, lemon juice and anchovie paste. When we go to a restaurant we NEVER order caesar salads cause they just don’t compare.

My local Coles has a huge display of the trilogy out front. They’re just so badly written, I can’t understand why they’re such a massive hit.

Of course, maybe I’m just dysfunctional, since I don’t get the appeal of other popular things, like Jersey Shore and skinny jeans.
